After Months of Blood, Sweat and Tears…Mainly Tears as I tend to break a lot of things that weren’t broken in the first place and others have to fix, again. The Makers of Radius Lead Management & CRM Solution for Insurance Agents, are Proud to Announce the launch of our newest product, Megaphone, The Agent Recruitment & Management Platform. For a number of years, Agency Partners would ask us to build a deeper integration to allow them to both Recruit and Manger their Insurance Agents, Real Estate Agents and Call Center Agents as they found the Radius Platform a perfect solution to their needs.
We waffled, we pushed it off, we told ourselves there wasn’t a need, but finally, after years of getting Radius to where we wanted it to be, we started the road map to Megaphone at the end of 2019. While we knew it wouldn’t be easy, we knew we had a great place to start at, Radius. We stripped out thousands of lines of code to get it down to a bare bones framework to build it back up. With Radius, there were a number of excellent and applicable features that we would want to base Megaphone around, we just needed to make sure we built Megaphone to the same standard we hold Radius too.
While, there is never a great time or a perfect time to launch something new, we like to live by the saying “There is no time like the Present…”! Just like Radius, which has taken years to get to where we are at, we have the same slow and steady wins the race approach to Megaphone. We’ve built an out of the box solution that will help organizations recruit and mange agents using Automated Workflows, Custom Built Landing Pages, Built in Telephony Solution, SMS Text Messaging, Screen Share and more. Our Beta Testers have provided tons of feedback over the past few months, updates were made, bugs were fixed and finally finally, we are happy to Launch Megaphone.
